We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Staff Nurse to join our team in the Emergency Department at University Hospital Southampton NHS Trust. As a key member of our multi-disciplinary team, you will provide high-quality patient care and work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure the best possible outcomes for our patients.
Main Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care and support to patients and their families
- Work collaboratively with the multi-disciplinary team to ensure effective care delivery
- Participate in the development and implementation of care plans
- Contribute to the maintenance of a safe and clean environment
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and colleagues
- Registered Nurse with current registration
- Experience in acute medical care
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to work a range of shifts, including nights and weekends
