About The Role

We are seeking a creative and experienced Kitchen Designer to join our team at The Range. As a Kitchen Designer, you will be responsible for designing and delivering inspirational kitchen designs that meet our customers' needs and exceed their expectations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and Deliver Kitchen Designs: Create and present kitchen designs that are tailored to our customers' requirements, using your expertise and creativity to ensure that every design is unique and meets our high standards.
  • Drive Sales and Maximise Opportunities: Work closely with our sales team to identify and maximise sales opportunities, including cross-selling and add-ons, to ensure that every customer leaves our store satisfied and with a positive experience.
  • Conduct Onsite Kitchen Surveys: Conduct surveys at customers' homes to gather information and understand their needs, ensuring that every design is tailored to their specific requirements.
  • Stay Up-to-Date with Design Trends: Maintain an ongoing interest in design and stay up-to-date with the latest interior and designer trends to ensure that our designs are always fresh and innovative.
Requirements
  • Experience in Kitchen Design: Proven experience in kitchen design using CAD software, with a strong portfolio of designs that demonstrate your creativity and attention to detail.
  • Customer Focus: A customer-focused approach, with a passion for delivering exceptional service and design skills that exceed our customers' expectations.
  • Personable and Passionate: A personable and passionate individual who is driven to deliver outstanding results and exceed our customers' expectations.
  • Full Driving Licence: A full driving licence, as you will be required to travel to customers' homes for onsite surveys.
