Residential Sales Consultant

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Residential Sales Consultant to join our team at CLD Recruitment (Leeds) Ltd. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing close relationships with clients and vendors, providing exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth.

Main Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and vendors to understand their needs and preferences.
  2. Provide expert advice on property sales and marketing strategies to achieve optimal results.
  3. Coordinate the listing process, including valuations, photography, and marketing materials.
  4. Regularly carry out property matches and establish target applicant bases.
  5. Liaise with vendors to arrange viewing appointments and communicate feedback to clients.
  6. Efficiently manage the offer process, including negotiations and confirmations.
  7. Take the lead role in progressing sales, chasing parties involved, and assisting with completion dates.
Requirements:
  1. Previous experience in residential sales or a related field.
  2. A proven track record of working towards targets and achieving sales growth.
  3. Excellent customer service skills and strong communication abilities.
  4. Strong IT skills and comprehensive knowledge of the residential property market.
  5. Highly articulate and with a clear telephone manner.
