Financial Advisor Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Financial Advisor to join our team in Barnstaple. As a Financial Advisor, you will be responsible for providing expert financial planning advice to clients, helping them achieve their financial goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver financial planning advice to clients through a combination of in-person meetings, virtual sessions, and phone calls.
  • Build and maintain relationships with existing clients, identifying opportunities to increase revenue and grow the client base.
  • Develop and implement strategies to convert business opportunities into new clients and revenue streams.
  • Collaborate with the support team to ensure seamless delivery of services to clients.
Requirements:
  • Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning or equivalent qualification.
  • CAS status for financial planning advice.
  • Proven track record of converting business opportunities into new clients and revenue streams.
  • Chartered status or close to achieving it.
What We Offer:
  • Competitive salary of £50,000 - £75,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
  • Full and comprehensive back office support, including specialist administrators, paraplanners, and compliance managers.
  • Training and development opportunities to become a Chartered Financial Planner.
  • Flexible working arrangements, including home-based work and use of regional offices.
