Group Internal Auditor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Group Internal Auditor to join our team at Frasers Group. As a key member of our Internal Audit function, you will play a critical role in ensuring the effectiveness of our internal controls and risk management frameworks.
Key Responsibilities- Provide independent and objective assurance to the business on the effectiveness of our internal controls and risk management frameworks.
- Develop and implement audit plans to ensure the business is operating in accordance with our policies and procedures.
- Conduct end-to-end audit reviews to identify areas for improvement and provide recommendations for change.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement audit findings and recommendations.
- Support the development and delivery of a good practice risk management framework.
- Member of the Chartered Institute of Internal Auditors or Accounting Equivalent.
- Knowledge of or interest in risk management, internal controls, auditing and finance concepts and principles.
- Able to communicate with stakeholders at all levels, building lasting relationships and being a true partner.
- Able to self-motivate, organise and take responsibility for own workload, ensuring deadlines and objectives are met.
- Skilled in examining, evaluating and challenging operations, procedures and policies.

If successful we anticipate two further interview stages with the Hiring Manager/wider team which will be more technically focussed and could include a presentation/task so we can see your skills in action.
