Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Facilities Assistant to join our team at International Logistics Group. As a key member of our facilities team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities across all ILG sites.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Facilities, Environmental and Sustainability Manager in the management of facilities, including organizing contractors for routine maintenance and emergency call-outs.
- Assist with site visits, audits, and inspections to ensure compliance with company standards.
- Collect and analyze data to produce reports and complete insurance questionnaires.
- Develop and maintain preferred contractors' documentation and obtain quotations.
- Provide administrative support to the facilities team, including maintaining accurate records and files.
Requirements:
- Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and Word.
- Ability to travel to all ILG sites as required.
- Discretionary company bonus scheme.
