Daytime Healthcare Recruitment Limited is seeking an experienced and confident Pharmacy Manager to join their team in a National Private Hospital Group in Kent.


Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled Pharmacy Manager to provide an exemplary pharmacy service, advise on the safe management of medicines, and promote a patient-focused approach to healthcare delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide leadership and guidance to pharmacy staff to ensure the delivery of high-quality pharmacy services.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve the safe and effective use of medicines.
  • Collaborate with consultants and other clinicians to provide advice and support on medication management.
  • Promote a culture of excellence and continuous improvement within the pharmacy department.

Requirements:
  • GPHC registration with no restrictions or conditions.
  • Minimum of 4 years of post-graduation experience in a hospital environment at ward level.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to develop viable solutions.
  • Ability to work effectively in multi-disciplinary teams and influence evidence-based practice.

Desirable Qualifications:
  • Clinical diploma or supervisory/management qualification.
  • Experience of working in partnership with consultants and across clinical teams.
  • Previous supervisory experience and ability to support the commercial development of the business.
