• Front Desk Operations: Manage the reception area, greet patients, and handle inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
• Scheduling and Booking: Identify and book appointments, home visits, and other services in accordance with practice protocols.
• Patient Communication: Deal with patient inquiries, signposting, and requests in a timely and effective manner.
• Administrative Tasks: Perform various administrative duties, including data entry, filing, and photocopying, to ensure the smooth operation of the practice.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with healthcare professionals, administrative staff, and other teams to achieve practice goals and objectives.

• Essential Skills: Excellent communication and organizational skills, ability to work accurately and prioritize tasks, and a strong attention to detail.
• Desirable Skills: Knowledge of medical terminology, experience working in a customer-focused environment, and familiarity with clinical systems such as EMIS.
