Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive the expansion of the lettings portfolio in key regions and generate new business from diverse data sources.
  • Develop and implement marketing and nurturing campaigns in collaboration with the Head of Lettings and Property Management.
  • Provide weekly and monthly performance reports to the Head of the department.
  • Directly manage the New Business team, conducting regular performance evaluations.
  • Oversee the New Business team's activities, ensuring adherence to KPIs and SLAs while upholding company values.
  • Deliver an outstanding customer experience from initial inquiry through to property listing and letting.
  • Collaborate closely with the management team across the Lettings and Property Management sectors to ensure a seamless customer journey.

Required Experience:

  • Proven track record in a senior lettings position, with experience in business development and property valuation.
  • Possession of a valid driving license and access to a personal vehicle.
  • Experience in team leadership and management.
