Kennedys boasts a renowned team of dedicated Construction Professional Indemnity specialists who handle a diverse range of disputes and provide intricate coverage advice to our insurers' clients.
Our clientele encompasses general insurers and reinsurers, as well as their insureds, including design and building contractors, subcontractors, architects, engineers, quantity surveyors, and project managers. Our deep understanding of the insurance industry allows us to effectively address the legal, commercial, and regulatory challenges our clients face.

Case Expertise
- A wide spectrum of construction Professional Indemnity disputes and complex coverage advice.
Required Experience
- 1-4 years' UK Qualified Solicitor/Foreign Qualified Lawyer or CILEX qualified with the relevant experience*
- Experience in professional indemnity policies and coverage issues within the Construction Professional Indemnity sector
- Proven track record of handling high-value construction claims
- Ability to both assist on and supervise large cases within a team environment
- Previous client interaction and participation in business development events
- Experience in arbitration, adjudication, negotiation, as well as court proceedings in the TCC.
