Job Title: Full-time Occupational Health Advisor

OH Staffing Ltd is seeking a qualified Occupational Health Nurse Advisor to join our team on a permanent basis, working 3 days a week in Oxfordshire. The successful candidate will be responsible for:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Case Management: Providing expert advice and support to employees and management on occupational health matters.
  • Health Surveillance: Conducting health assessments, including safety-critical medicals, HAVs Tier 3, FLT medicals, skin assessments, ECGs, and health promotion and education.
  • Workplace Visits: Conducting site visits to assess workplace risks and provide recommendations for improvement.
  • Health Promotion and Education: Delivering health promotion and education programs to employees and management.
  • Immunisations and Phlebotomy: Providing immunisation and phlebotomy services to employees.

The ideal candidate will have strong case management, health surveillance, immunisation, and phlebotomy experience, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Salary: up to \u00a345,000 + benefits.
