  • Assist the class teacher in the planning and evaluation of teaching and learning activities, ensuring that all pupils have access to the curriculum and are able to participate fully.

  • Use effective learning strategies to support all pupils in participating in learning activities, taking into account their individual needs and abilities.
  • Contribute to the implementation of an effective behaviour management strategy, applying it fairly and consistently within clear boundaries.
  • Develop positive relationships with parents, carers, and families by taking a partnership approach and maintaining accurate information where necessary.
