Job Title: Chief Executive Officer

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced and dynamic Chief Executive Officer to lead our organisation to new heights. The CEO will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our company's operations and driving strategic growth initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement business strategies to drive growth and expansion.
  2. Oversee all financial and budgetary operations on an international level.
  3. Implement policies and procedures at an international level.
  4. Lead and manage a high-performing finance team across countries.
  5. Develop and execute an annual business plan for new business.

Requirements:

  1. Possess strong leadership and strategic thinking skills.
  2. Develop individual staff and build high-performing teams.
  3. Able to execute an annual business plan for new business.
  4. Customer-focused and goal-driven.
  5. Knowledge of and experience in management and administration.
  6. Experience in integrating and coordinating diverse areas of management.
  7. Knowledge of human resources, finance, oral and written communications, planning and evaluation, and governance.
  8. Outstanding knowledge of a range of channels to market.
  9. Experience managing teams of +20.
  10. Knowledge of RPE Regulation 2016/425/EU standard and EU-OSHA (Directive 89/656/EEC) regulations.
  11. Knowledge of NIOSH Federal Regulations 42 CFR Part 84 and OSHA.
  12. Knowledge of Decreto 1102.
  13. Ability to work well cross-functionally and across different countries.
  14. Solid presentation, customer service, business, and negotiation skills.
  15. Proven ability to execute and exhibit a results-focused mindset.
  16. Minimum of 5 years of progressively responsible experience in the respiratory protection industry in a multinational environment.
  17. Experience in tax planning, transfer pricing, and managing global tax compliance.
  18. Fluency in Russian, Spanish, English, Portuguese, and Italian is a must.
