Lead Cyber Security Architect

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Cyber Security Architect to join our team at NCC Group. As a key member of our Cyber and Information Security Team, you will play a critical role in supporting our internal business functions and external customer commitments.
About the Role:The Lead Cyber Security Architect will be responsible for developing and maintaining a robust security posture across our organisation, ensuring the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of our systems and data. You will work closely with the Design Authority to uplift group architecture from a security perspective.
Key Responsibilities:- Investigate the 'as is' state of our systems and networks, producing a picture of company assets and identifying potential security concerns.
- Plan and design security architecture improvements, providing expert advice and guidance to the rest of Global Technical Services.
- Define and document how the implementation of new systems or interfaces between systems impacts the security posture of the current environment.
- Help the company constantly strive to improve cyber health, seeking out and exploiting opportunities for improvement.
- Strong working knowledge of IT risks, cyber security, and computer operating software.
- Proven experience with writing architecture documentation.
- Knowledge of various endpoints, hypervisor and guest server operating systems, Active Directory, MDM, endpoint protection technology, email security technology, Microsoft 365 and Office 365, Azure, and Amazon Web Services.
