Licensed Aircraft Mechanic - Cat A

AES (Aircraft Engineering Services Ltd) is seeking applications for Cat A Licensed Mechanics to operate at a major airport on a rotational basis, collaborating with our partner Ryanair, the largest airline in Europe. With a fleet of 600 aircraft planned for the upcoming season, including the new Boeing "Gamechanger" model, Ryanair presents outstanding career advancement opportunities within the aviation sector.

The ideal candidate will be a proactive individual with prior line maintenance experience, capable of adapting to a dynamic work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine maintenance and address defects on Ryanair's fleet.
  • Manage Aircraft on Ground (AOG) situations effectively.
  • Ensure a safe and compliant working atmosphere, following all organizational protocols and regulations.
  • Provide mentorship to Aircraft Mechanics and Apprentices.

Required Qualifications and Experience:

  • Experience in Aircraft Line Maintenance (Essential).
  • Holder of an EASA or UK CAA* Part-66 Cat A License (Essential).
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal (Essential).
  • Proficient in IT, with experience in AMOS being advantageous (Desirable).

All candidates must possess the right to work and travel freely in the UK and hold a valid UK Driving Licence.
