About the Role

We are seeking a talented and experienced Game Economy Designer to join our growing team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in shaping the economic systems that drive player engagement and satisfaction within our live service games.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement innovative game economy models, simulations, and balancing strategies to optimize player experience and achieve business objectives.
  • Conduct in-depth analysis of player behavior and market trends to identify opportunities for improvement and growth within the game's economy.
  • Collaborate closely with designers, developers, and product managers to ensure that economic systems are seamlessly integrated into the overall gameplay experience.
  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of implemented game economies, making data-driven adjustments to maintain a healthy and engaging environment for players.
  • Stay abreast of industry best practices and emerging trends in game economy design.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Game Economy Designer or similar role within the mobile gaming industry.
  • Strong understanding of game mechanics, player psychology, and economic principles.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
  • Passion for mobile gaming and a desire to create engaging and rewarding player experiences.
