This role is a permanent position where you will be tasked with managing the business and functional specifications for policy management, ancillary systems, and analytical reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee intricate projects and long-term strategic endeavors, grasping business needs and requirements, meticulously documenting them, and providing regular updates.
  • Organize and facilitate requirement gathering sessions, presentations, and workshops.
  • Ensure that solutions enhance operational efficiency for business processes and align with product offerings.
  • Build and maintain relationships with senior stakeholders across various business divisions on a daily basis.
  • Create user stories and define Acceptance Testing criteria, along with developing test plans and scripts based on established requirements.
  • Guide and mentor one or more IT Business Analysts.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Significant experience as a Business Analyst within the London Market Insurance domain.
  • Familiarity with Policy Administration Systems (PAS), preferably Guidewire.
  • Proficient in Agile methodologies and Business Analysis practices.
  • Experience with reporting solutions is highly advantageous.
