Job Summary

We're seeking recent graduates who are eager to kickstart their financial technology careers in a global team of exceptional Application and Infrastructure support specialists. As a member of our team, you'll apply your technical and critical thinking skills, along with a keen curiosity about the financial markets, to support and fortify the stability of critical trading applications and infrastructure services.

You'll have the opportunity to define and implement new processes, coordinate the onboarding of new applications, broker connections, or exchanges, and own the careful management of changes to production environments. Our collaborative work environment will allow you to grow your professional skills while having immediate direct impact and seeing firsthand how our global firm achieves operational efficiency and resilience at great scale.

Required Qualifications
  • Degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Mechanical/Electrical/Network Engineering, or a similar discipline
  • Working knowledge of at least one of: Python, Bash, PowerShell
  • Knowledge of Linux
  • Good understanding of TCP/IP concepts
  • General knowledge of database technologies
  • Exceptional communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to work within a global team
  • Eagerness to continuously learn new technologies and develop with us
  • Curious and driven by the challenge of solving new problems
Nice to Have
  • Some experience working in a similar environment, demonstrated through work experience or personal projects
  • Knowledge of financial instruments
  • Knowledge of experience programming front-end applications
  • Knowledge of Kubernetes, Gitlab, Prometheus, or Ansible
  • An understanding of CI/CD or other Infrastructure as Code concepts
Compensation and Benefits

The minimum base salary for this role is $60,000 if located in New York. This expectation is based on available information at the time of posting. This role may be eligible for discretionary bonuses, which could constitute a significant portion of total compensation. This role may also be eligible for benefits, such as health, dental, and other wellness plans, as well as 401(k) contributions. Successful candidates' compensation and benefits will be determined in consideration of various factors.
