About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team at Laburnum House, a residential care home in Folkestone, Kent. As a Support Worker, you will play a key role in providing high-quality person-centred support and care to our service users, promoting their independence and well-being.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide support and care to service users with learning disabilities, autism, and Prader-Willi syndrome
- Assist with daily living tasks, such as personal care and medication management
- Encourage and support service users to participate in activities and achieve their goals
- Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care and support
- Maintain accurate records and reports as required
