Operations and Office Executive

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Operations and Office Executive to join our team at Trinnovo Group | B Corp®. As the backbone of our operations, you will be responsible for ensuring efficiency and a positive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage office sites, systems, travel, and accommodation bookings
  • Oversee HR admin duties, including employment law policies and procedures
  • Liaise with the Senior Leadership Team (SLT) on office management, general building matters, and supplier management
  • Coordinate sales enablement reporting, promotions, and salary increases
  • Communicate company policies, procedures, and laws to staff members
  • Support line managers in implementing policies and ensuring employment law compliance
Requirements:
  • Proven work experience as an Operations/Office Manager or in a similar role within Recruitment or a service-based industry
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
  • Knowledge of office and supplier management, including first aid and mental health first aid certifications
  • Excellent stakeholder skills and ability to work to deadlines
