Job Opportunity for a Dedicated Registered Nurse

We are seeking a committed Registered Nurse to join our team at Jupiter Recruitment. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic hospital environment, providing exceptional care to adults of working age with acute mental health care needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement individualized care plans in partnership with patients.
• Conduct risk assessments and compile risk management plans using evidence-based frameworks.
• Maintain adherence to the NMC code of professional conduct and legislative requirements.
• Contribute to the development of others within the team, providing mentorship and support to students and newly qualified nurses.

Requirements:

• Qualified as a Registered Nurse with a current active NMC Pin.
• Experience in mental health services is desired but not essential.
• Evidence of post-registration continuing professional development.
• A positive attitude and commitment to change, improvement, and quality.
• Knowledge of NMC standards, guidelines, and professional practices.
• Knowledge of the Mental Health Act and Code of Practice.

This is a permanent position with both day and night shifts available. The successful candidate will be well-supported within their role, with a strong focus on continuing professional development.
