Job Opportunity for a Dedicated Registered Nurse
We are seeking a committed Registered Nurse to join our team at Jupiter Recruitment. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic hospital environment, providing exceptional care to adults of working age with acute mental health care needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement individualized care plans in partnership with patients.
- Conduct risk assessments and compile risk management plans using evidence-based frameworks.
- Maintain adherence to the NMC code of professional conduct and legislative requirements.
- Contribute to the development of others within the team, providing mentorship and support to students and newly qualified nurses.
Requirements:
- Qualified as a Registered Nurse with a current active NMC Pin.
- Experience in mental health services is desired but not essential.
- Evidence of post-registration continuing professional development.
- A positive attitude and commitment to change, improvement, and quality.
- Knowledge of NMC standards, guidelines, and professional practices.
- Knowledge of the Mental Health Act and Code of Practice.
