Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage an interesting and varied caseload of general Commercial Property transactional work

Requirements:

  • Qualified Solicitor or legal executive with experience in Commercial Property law and a strong understanding of the industry
  • Confidence in written and verbal communications, with excellent client relationship-building skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines, with strong attention to detail
  • Experience in managing own caseload of clients and a proven track record of success
  • Proficiency with case management systems and IT
  • Excellent client communication and relationship-building skills, with a positive and proactive attitude
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team, with a strong work ethic and commitment to excellence
