About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate tutor to join our team at Prospero Teaching. As a SEN Tutor, you will work closely with students who require additional support to succeed in their academic pursuits.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement personalized learning plans for students with special educational needs
  • Provide one-to-one tuition and support to students in a 1:1 setting
  • Collaborate with teachers and other professionals to ensure seamless support for students
  • Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify areas of need and develop targeted interventions
  • Communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues to ensure a cohesive and supportive learning environment
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Experience working with students with special educational needs
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to adapt to changing circumstances and priorities
  • Highly organized and able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
  • Passion for supporting students with special educational needs
