We are currently looking for a Field Service Support Specialist to enhance our team. This hybrid position merges the roles of a remote and on-site engineer, where your skills in troubleshooting and customer support will be essential in elevating the client experience.


As a Field Service Support Specialist, your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing remote assistance to clients and guiding external field engineers on effective issue resolution.
  • Preparing quotes and cost assessments for clients requiring on-site interventions.


To qualify for this role, you should possess an HNC in Engineering or a related discipline, along with demonstrated experience in remote support or assisting engineers and clients from a distance. A strong technical background in the medical device sector, particularly in ultrasound technology, is essential.


Key responsibilities include:

  • Coordinating and managing activities with external partner field service engineers.
