Job Title: Combustion Systems Specialist

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Combustion Systems Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of combustion systems in the petrochemical industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Undertake on-site maintenance and troubleshooting of combustion systems
  • Install and commission new combustion systems
  • Prepare RAM's and PLC's for new systems
  • Conduct plant surveys to identify areas for improvement
  • Train client staff on the operation and maintenance of combustion systems
  • Identify aftermarket opportunities for combustion system upgrades and repairs

Requirements:

  • Good understanding of P&IDs and combustion systems
  • Working knowledge of PLCs and automation systems
  • Combustion knowledge and/or petrochemical industry background advantageous
  • Strong background in a mechanical or electrical field
  • Ability to work at heights and in confined spaces
  • Excellent customer-facing skills and communication skills

Location: South Lincolnshire/North Cambridgeshire/Rutland

This role is home-based when not working, with occasional trips into the office. You can live anywhere in the UK.
