Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced IT Systems Architect to join our team at Sanderson. As a key member of our Business Transformation team, you will be responsible for assisting the Systems Architecture Manager in building the technological roadmap for our business.

About the Role:

  • Work closely with other Technical Architects and Domain Leads to establish and maintain agreed standards, patterns, and designs applicable to the work undertaken.
  • Liaise with key stakeholders to understand the business capability needs with a focus on cross-organisation capabilities.
  • Use technical skills and experience to produce architectural designs that meet the needs of our business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement complex IT systems that support business services and operations.
  • Develop and maintain technical standards and guidelines for system design and architecture.
  • Provide technical leadership and guidance to junior team members.

Requirements:

  • Strong understanding of complex IT systems and how they support business services and operations.
  • Experience in system design and architecture of multi-system applications.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft technologies and platforms, including Dynamics, Azure, and SQL Server.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • ITIL knowledge and experience.
  • Understanding of ISO Information Security Standard.
