About the Role:

A challenging opportunity has arisen for a skilled maintenance engineer to join our client's team in the automotive manufacturing sector. As a multi-skilled maintenance engineer, you will be responsible for carrying out repairs to process equipment and plant machinery, working in partnership with the maintenance manager, production staff, and technicians.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Carry out planned inspection routes on process plant and proactive maintenance schedules.
  • Troubleshoot and practically fault find on plant and mechanical/electrical machinery.
  • Work in partnership with the maintenance manager, production staff, and technicians to carry out repairs to process equipment and plant machinery.
  • Electrically biased but mechanical aptitude also required.

Requirements:

  • Time served multi-skilled maintenance engineer, preferably from the Automotive/FMCG/Industrial Industry.
  • Recognised Engineering qualification e.g. HNC/HND/ONC/OND.
  • Accustomed to fast-paced and challenging working environments.
  • Multi-skilled with electrical bias.
