Position Overview: We are seeking an Electrical Systems Maintenance Specialist to join our dynamic team. This role offers a competitive salary and an array of benefits, including a company vehicle and a guaranteed standby allowance. You will work a standard 37-hour week with a unique opportunity for additional time off.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on electrical systems across various operational sites.
  • Execute planned maintenance activities to ensure optimal functionality of assets.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations and internal policies.
  • Document engineering processes and updates to support operational performance.
  • Provide expert support to internal stakeholders, aligning with our organizational values of trust and collaboration.

Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 5 GCSEs (or equivalent) including Maths, English, and Science.
  • Relevant formal qualifications such as City and Guilds or BTEC.
  • Knowledge of current IEE Regulations and experience with three-phase electrical systems.
  • A valid UK driving license is essential.
