About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Health and Safety Advisor to join our team at Crown House Technologies. As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital role in promoting a culture of safety and well-being across our MOJ contracts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide expert advice and support to managers and staff to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and standards.
  • Monitor and close out actions raised during assurance and inspection activities, as well as those associated with incident investigations.
  • Support the development and delivery of training and coaching programs to enhance health and safety knowledge and skills.
  • Ensure the effective implementation of our Health and Safety Management System, including compliance with relevant statutory provisions.
Requirements
  • Qualification at level 3 (minimum)
  • Experience in MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) is beneficial
  • Technical knowledge in Occupational Health risk management and wellbeing
  • Technical knowledge in Environmental risk management
  • Technical knowledge in Safety risk management
  • Assurance/Audit/Investigation competence
