Electrical Installation and Maintenance Role
Main Responsibilities:
- Supervise Electrical Installation: Oversee the control and supervision of electrical installation and maintenance activities on a high-profile site, ensuring compliance with relevant safety and regulatory standards.
- Electrical Expertise: Possess strong knowledge of electrical diagrams and cable cards, with the ability to interpret and work to them.
- Leadership and Team Management: Provide leadership and guidance to electrical teams, promoting a culture of safety and excellence.
- Quality and Compliance: Ensure that all electrical installation and maintenance activities meet the required standards, adhering to relevant regulations and industry best practices.
- Communication and Collaboration: Foster effective communication and collaboration with stakeholders, including clients, colleagues, and contractors.
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Education and Certification: Minimum ONC in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, or equivalent through an approved apprenticeship (City & Guilds), and relevant certifications such as NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Engineering or related field, and a valid CSCS/ECS Card in the appropriate discipline.
- Experience and Skills: Minimum of 10 years in electrical work, with at least 5 years in a Foreman/Supervisor role, and strong background in site installation and maintenance.
