Programme and Projects Director

Sapiens UK is seeking a seasoned Programme and Projects Director to join our expert team specialising in Life & Pensions software delivery. As a Programme and Projects Director, you will be responsible for ensuring top-notch project delivery, prioritising customer satisfaction, and fostering enduring client loyalty.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Customer Management: Ensure the well-being of long-term customer relationships and customer satisfaction.
  2. Growth Management: Drive business growth in a defined account/territory, ensuring quality project delivery and achieving financial targets.
  3. Delivery Management: Oversee the delivery of Sapiens' operations, solutions, and projects, ensuring quality, timeliness, and on-budget delivery.
  4. P&L Management: Manage the profit and loss with the customer, focusing on lowering the total cost of ownership.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of management experience in service delivery within a global enterprise software solutions company.
  • A background in the Life & Pensions Insurance industry is a significant advantage.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodology.
  • Proven experience of leading international clients and engagement teams through the delivery of complex software solutions.
  • Excellent client relationship management skills and the ability to play a trusted advisor to C-level customer executives.
  • Proven track record of successful solution delivery, managing multiple complex projects, and meeting deadlines.
  • Excellent communication skills, with additional languages an advantage.
  • Willingness to travel to meet with our customer in Oslo as needed.
