Job Overview

ARC (Norwich) Limited is recruiting on behalf of a leading client for Class 1 drivers to work within their organisation.

The Role:

  • Class 1 drivers are required for working with a well-established general haulage distributor.
  • The pay rate for Class 1 drivers is £14ph - £19ph (including PAYE/UMB & LTD).
  • All breaks are paid.
  • As a Class 1 driver, you will be responsible for:
    • Delivering products to customers around the country.
    • Ensuring timely and efficient delivery of goods.
    • Maintaining a safe and clean working environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate a Class 1 vehicle in a safe and responsible manner.
  • Deliver products to customers in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Conduct pre- and post-trip inspections of the vehicle.
  • Comply with all relevant laws and regulations.

Requirements:

  • Class 1 driver's license.
  • Valid CPC card.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
