About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to join our team at Regen Solutions. As a Site Manager, you will be responsible for managing and controlling on-site activities for our construction and maintenance projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Accountability for all daily operational activity and the management of operatives and sub-contractors
  • Identifying, reviewing, and implementing the client's critical success factors for the project
  • Ensuring that the quality and programme standards are delivered, avoiding any post-completion defects
  • Ensuring high standards of safety and quality are always maintained
  • Ensuring project delivery plan is followed to cost and time frame expectations
Requirements
  • Previous experience of working with External and communal area projects
  • Construction-related NVQ / HNC Level 4 and above
  • Relevant CSCS card and SMSTS certificate
  • Sound knowledge and compliance with health and safety requirements
  • Full UK driving license
