Join Our Team as a Care Support Assistant

We are currently managing a high volume of positions across our Health and Social Care Services in Bury, and we are looking for individuals who can support our clients in their daily lives.

As a Care Support Assistant, you will work with our experienced team to provide care and support to vulnerable adults, helping them to maintain their independence and live fulfilling lives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support clients with daily living tasks, such as showering, toileting, and getting dressed
  • Assist with preparing food and cleaning homes
  • Encourage clients to participate in social activities, such as socializing, keeping active, shopping, movies, music, and arts and crafts
  • Work collaboratively with the care team to develop and implement personalized care plans

Requirements:

  • Ability to work in Bury and legally in the UK
  • Willingness to consider a new opportunity working in the Health and Social Care sector
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
