Relief Caregiver

Creative Support is a national, rapidly expanding non-profit organization dedicated to providing support for individuals with diverse care needs. We are actively seeking compassionate and reliable Relief Support Workers to join our friendly teams in Leicester and Leicestershire.

Our mission is to empower individuals with support needs to live fulfilling lives. We achieve this by offering a range of services across 16 locations, supporting over 100 adults. We are looking for dedicated individuals who are committed to person-centered care and creating positive experiences for our service users.

Your Role:

• Provide respectful personal care, including medication administration, and assistance with daily tasks such as cooking and cleaning.
• Build strong, trusting relationships with the individuals we support, fostering a sense of warmth and connection.
• Encourage and facilitate participation in engaging activities both within our homes and in the wider community.
• Collaborate effectively with colleagues, families, and other professionals to ensure a seamless and consistent service for each individual.
