Job SummaryWe are seeking a driven and passionate Assistant Store Manager to join our team. As a key member of our store operations team, you will be responsible for supporting the Store Manager in achieving commercial targets and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities- Team Management: Lead and develop a high-performing sales team, providing coaching and guidance to ensure they meet their targets and provide excellent customer service.
- Sales: Collaborate with the Store Manager to drive sales growth through effective product knowledge, team management, and customer engagement.
- Customer Experience: Foster a culture of customer loyalty by delivering exceptional service, paying attention to every detail, and ensuring a seamless shopping experience.
- Shop Operations: Ensure compliance with procedures, including inventory management, stock control, cash handling, and daily reporting.
- Degree in Business Administration and Management (desirable)
- Fashion retail experience, minimum two years
- Fluent English, level B2 (minimum)
- Team building skills
- Results-oriented
