Essential Skills

  • Proficiency with WANs, LANs, Windows Servers, Storage, Voice, Backup, and related technologies
  • Understanding of GDPR principles and regulations
  • IT certifications in ITIL, Microsoft, CISCO, and Project Management are advantageous

Experience Required

  • 3 to 7 years of experience in IT operations
  • Background in Desk side support, global organizations, and customer service
  • Strong communication skills coupled with a solid IT background
