Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic High Ropes Instructor to join our Outdoor Pursuits team at Center Parcs. As a High Ropes Instructor, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences while ensuring the safety and well-being of our guests.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality instruction and guidance to guests participating in high ropes activities
  • Set up and maintain equipment, ensuring all safety checks are carried out in accordance with company guidelines
  • Coach and supervise guests in a manner that allows them to have a great time while feeling safe and secure
  • Work collaboratively with the team to ensure seamless delivery of activities and exceptional customer service

Requirements

  • Must be aged 18 years or over
  • Sociable, confident, and outgoing
  • Naturally cheerful
  • Able to perform under pressure
  • Good basic standard of education
  • Physically capable to meet the demands of the role
  • Ability to communicate competently
  • Able to work as part of a team

Desirable Requirements

  • Previous experience of working within the leisure or customer service industry
  • Experience of outdoor sports activities
