About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Financial Planning Administrator to join our team at MBF. As a key member of our support team, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional administrative support to our financial planners and their clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide high-quality administrative support to our financial planners, ensuring that client relationships are managed effectively and efficiently.
  • Client Documentation: Prepare and process new business applications and client documentation, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records.
  • Client Communication: Handle client queries and correspondence in a professional and timely manner, ensuring excellent customer service.
  • Project Support: Assist with the preparation of client review meetings and reports, as well as supporting the wider team with various administrative tasks and projects.
Requirements
  • Experience: Previous experience as an IFA Administrator or in a similar financial services role.
  • Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational skills with a keen eye for detail, ability to manage multiple tasks and work effectively under pressure.
  • Communication Skills: Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to liaise with product providers and other third parties as required.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in using financial planning software and Microsoft Office.
  • Teamwork: A proactive and positive attitude with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
