Position Overview

UTAC is seeking an Environment, Social, and Governance (ESG) Graduate to assist in executing our sustainability strategy at the Group level. As part of our commitment to reducing carbon emissions, we have assessed our corporate carbon footprint across Scope 1, 2, and 3, and established science-based targets for carbon reduction.
This position is ideal for an analytical, motivated, and approachable individual with a genuine interest in sustainability.
You will collaborate closely with the Group's ESG Manager, gaining valuable insights and experience.
Based at our distinguished location, this role offers a diverse range of responsibilities and ample opportunities for professional growth. You will engage with a wide array of colleagues from various disciplines at the Group level, including members of the Executive team, Finance, HR, Facilities, Health and Safety, Environment, Procurement, Legal, IT, Audit and Compliance, Sales and Marketing, and Communication.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in coordinating and fulfilling sustainable reporting obligations, including climate data (Scope 1, 2, and 3), for stakeholders such as shareholders and regulators (CSRD), as well as sustainability frameworks (CDP, Ecovadis), customers, and other relevant parties: engaging with stakeholders, gathering and managing ESG data, analyzing, and reporting findings.
- Help organize ESG meetings with stakeholders.
- Address ESG inquiries.
- Collaborate with internal experts and the Sales and Marketing team to compile information and update the Supplier's Frequently Asked Questions on our ESG Hub.
- Provide support for ESG projects as needed.
Required Qualifications
- A degree in a sustainability-related discipline.
- Strong analytical, research, and communication abilities.
Experience

- Self-driven and highly diligent.
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving capabilities.
