Kennel Supervisor

We're seeking a dedicated Kennel Supervisor to join our team at Dogs Trust. As a key member of our rehoming centre team, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the highest standards of dog care and welfare.
Key responsibilities- Supervise and support Canine Carers to deliver exceptional dog care, including daily exercise, training, and enrichment.
- Coordinate the kennel block, ensuring a smooth and efficient operation.
- Conduct regular supervisions and training sessions to maintain high standards of dog care.
- Act as site supervisor on a rota basis, providing leadership and guidance to the team.
To succeed in this role, you'll need a strong understanding of dog welfare and rehoming principles. You'll be a natural leader, able to motivate and support your colleagues to deliver exceptional results. A positive and proactive attitude, combined with a passion for animal welfare, is essential.
