Children's Residential Care Practitioner

Warwickshire County Council is seeking dedicated and compassionate individuals to join our Children's Homes Residential Care Team. As a Children's Residential Care Practitioner, you will play a vital role in providing a safe and nurturing environment for young people, helping them to thrive and reach their full potential.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide high-quality care and support to children and young people, ensuring their physical, emotional, and psychological needs are met.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with young people, their families, and other professionals to ensure a collaborative approach to care.
- Contribute to the creation and implementation of individual care plans, ensuring that each young person's needs are met and their goals are achieved.
- Work collaboratively with other team members to maintain a safe and healthy environment, adhering to all relevant policies and procedures.
- Participate in training and professional development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge, ensuring you remain up-to-date with best practices in residential care.
