Applicants should be prepared to engage in a flexible work schedule, which includes early shifts, afternoon duties, and overnight responsibilities. Additional compensation is available for hours worked during unsociable times.

We are looking to fill one full-time position and several part-time roles.

Your responsibilities will encompass a variety of daily activities, including personal assistance, meal preparation, medication management, health monitoring, and facilitating social interactions for Clients. Collaboration with healthcare professionals, families, and fellow team members is crucial, alongside the ability to work autonomously.

In this role, you will also be expected to manage unexpected situations and communicate effectively with supervisory staff, adhering to care plans and risk assessments to safeguard the welfare of Clients and colleagues.

No previous experience is required, as comprehensive training and ongoing support will be provided.
