Community Learning Disability Nurse Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Community Learning Disability Nurse to join our team in Shetland.
The successful candidate will work as a member of the Community Learning Disability Team, providing clinical and professional leadership and facilitating high-quality person-centered specialist care for individuals with learning disabilities.
This role requires collaboration with various stakeholders, including service users, carers, health professionals, social work, and third sector organizations.
