About the Role

Nelsons Solicitors Limited is a leading law firm in the East Midlands, with a strong presence in Leicester, Derby, and Nottingham.

We are seeking a highly motivated Conveyancer with 3+ years PQE to join our award-winning residential conveyancing team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle a diverse caseload of residential conveyancing matters, including sales, purchases, remortgages, and transfers of equity.
  • Provide expert legal advice and support to clients throughout the conveyancing process, ensuring high standards of client care and service.
  • Ensure all transactions comply with regulatory and legal requirements, including anti-money laundering regulations.
  • Assist in the growth of the Residential Property Department through networking, marketing initiatives, and client relationship management.
