Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Property Litigation Lawyer to join our team at William James Recruitment. As a leading recruitment agency, we specialize in placing top talent in the legal industry.

About the Role

  • As a Property Litigation Lawyer, you will be responsible for handling a range of diverse matters, including telecoms disputes, contested and uncontested business lease renewals, development disputes, rights of light, overage claims, nuisance, restrictive covenant disputes, and property-related professional negligence claims.
  • You will work closely with our clients, including institutional investors, retail, construction, energy, and infrastructure companies, as well as owners, developers, and large property management companies.
  • Our ideal candidate will have 2+ years of post-qualification experience and a strong background in property litigation.
  • You will be a team player with excellent communication and organizational skills, able to work to deadlines and manage a varied caseload.
