About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Finance Business Partner to join our team at Canon. As a key member of our finance team, you will play a critical role in supporting the implementation of our business strategy and driving financial performance across our business units.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as a trusted business advisor to our business unit heads, providing financial guidance and analysis to inform business decisions.
  • Develop and maintain financial models and forecasts to support business planning and decision-making.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for cost savings and process improvements.
  • Ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures, and maintain accurate and timely financial reporting.
  • Develop and implement financial strategies to drive business growth and profitability.
Requirements
  • Part-qualified accountant (ACCA, CIMA) or equivalent experience.
  • Advanced Excel modeling skills and experience with financial systems (e.g. Oracle, Hyperion, Essbase).
  • Proven experience in a commercial finance or business partnering role, with a track record of delivering results.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex financial information to non-financial stakeholders.
  • Collaborative and proactive approach, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
