Quality Control Officer Role

We are seeking a skilled Quality Control Officer to join our team in Rotherham.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Collaborating with production staff to improve and drive quality standards.
  • Ensuring process monitoring and quality assurance is undertaken within the shift.
  • Participating in root cause analysis for complaints and internal issues.
  • Conducting performance testing of raw material and finished product.
  • Carrying out internal audits, including product safety and quality.
  • Producing and maintaining quality-related documents and reports.
  • Providing Quality Awareness Training.

The ideal candidate will have experience in a quality/process improvement environment and knowledge of hygiene awareness.

They will be able to multitask, remain organized, and efficient, with experience of using Microsoft Office Suite.

The role involves rotating shifts, including nights, afternoons, and days, with overtime on Saturdays to cover busy periods.
