Parcel Sorter Job Opportunity

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Parcel Sorter. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient sorting and delivery of parcels to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Loading and unloading vehicles and trailers
  • Scanning items and sorting them by postcode sector prior to dispatch
  • Working in a fast-paced environment with a focus on accuracy and productivity

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a similar role is desirable, but full training will be provided
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including afternoon and night shifts
  • Must be over 18 for night shift roles and willing to undergo a night working health survey
  • Access to reliable transportation, as public transport is limited
  • 5 years' screening activity, including work/education history and Security/DBS checks
