Job Title: Teaching Assistant Part-time

GSL Education is seeking a dedicated and passionate Teaching Assistant to support pupils with Special Educational Needs (SEN) in a primary school setting. The ideal candidate will be patient, reliable, and adaptable, with experience working with children who require additional support.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support pupils with SEN on a 1:1 basis and in small groups
  • Assist teachers with lesson planning and implementation
  • Provide tailored support to meet the individual needs of pupils
  • Work collaboratively with the teaching team to ensure a high-quality learning environment
Requirements:
  • Previous experience working with children with SEN
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work well in a team and adapt to changing circumstances
  • DBS registered to the update service or willingness to apply
